Mount Aspiring College completes first winter on wood chips

Ecotec, supported by a team comprising Foleys Mechanical and Pace Electrical, completed the installation of two new ETA HACK moving grate chip boilers at Mt. Aspiring College in Wanaka in August 2020. The new installation, featuring two 350kW boilers and a 10,000L buffer tank, is a signature installation with the hydraulic design allowing for precise tank stratification and system efficiency.
